VỀ VIỆC KHAI BÁO THÔNG TIN TRƯỚC KHI NHẬP CẢNH VIỆT NAM

1. Hiện nay, Cục Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh, Bộ Công an Việt Nam đang triển khai thí điểm cho người nước ngoài sử dụng Ứng dụng khai báo thông tin trước khi nhập cảnh (Pre-arrival Information - PAI) tại Cảng hàng không quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất trên cơ sở khuyến khích, không bắt buộc. Trình tự thực hiện như sau:

Bước 1: Truy cập đường link: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn. Hoặc quét mã QR dưới đây:

Bước 2: Chọn ngôn ngữ phù hợp (Tiếng Việt, Tiếng Anh, Tiếng Trung Quốc, Tiếng Pháp…).

Bước 3: Chọn mục “Tạo và nộp tờ khai”. Nhập mã xác minh CAPTCHA. Khai báo thông tin hành khách, thông tin visa và thông tin chuyến đi theo hướng dẫn.

Bước 4: Sau khi hoàn thành việc cung cấp thông tin, hệ thống sẽ tạo mã QR để hành khách sử dụng trong quá trình nhập cảnh. Hành khách lưu mã QR trên điện thoại hoặc in ra giấy để thuận tiện sử dụng khi đến cửa khẩu.

2. Trong quá trình triển khai thực hiện Hệ thống PAI, đã phát hiện một số trang web giả mạo nhằm lừa đảo, chiếm đoạt tài sản qua thẻ tín dụng. Hành khách vui lòng chỉ truy cập đường link duy nhất của Cục Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh, Bộ Công an Việt Nam như đã nêu trên.

关于访客行前信息申报的通知

1.越南公安部出入境管理局正在新山一国际机场试点实施外国人抵达前通过“访客行前信息申报”程序(Pre-arrival Information - PAI)进行申报信息（鼓励行前申报，并非强制）, 程序如下：

（i）点击官方网: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn 或扫以下二维码：

(ii) 选择语文（越文，英文，中文，法文等）

(iii) 选择“创建并提交行前信息”，输入验证码以继续，按说明填写申报访客、签证、航行等信息

（iv）填写好后系统将显示访客二维码，以便在入境过程中使用。访客把二维码保存在手机上或打印出来，便于抵达口岸时使用。

2. 在落实PAI系统过程中，已发现一些诈骗假冒网站，企图通过信用卡窃取个人钱财，建议来客仅点击并访问上述越南公安部出入境管理局的官方网站。

REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF
PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION IN VIET NAM

1. The Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security of Viet Nam is currently implementing on a pilot basis the Pre-arrival Information (PAI) System for foreigners arriving at the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, on an encouraged, not mandatory basis. The procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Access the website: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn. Or scan the QR code below:

Step 2: Select a suitable language (Vietnamese, English, Chinese, French, etc...).

Step 3: Select “Create and submit declaration”. Enter the CAPTCHA verification code, then provide personal information, visa information and travel details, according to the instructions.

Step 4: After completing the declaration, the system will generate a QR code for visitors to use during immigration. Visitors should save the QR code on their mobile devices or print it out for convenient usage at border control.

2. During implementation, Vietnamese authorities have detected several fake websites impersonating the PAI System, through which frauds may defraud credit cards of the applicants. Visitors are advised to only access the above mentioned official link of the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security of Viet Nam.
